A graduate of New York Law School, Mr. Greenberg has represented and litigated on behalf of photographers, photojournalists, artists, creators and illustrators out of his New York City office for nearly thirty years. In addition to Jack Reznicki, his clients have included Richard Avedon, Melvin Sokolsky, Jeff Sedlik, Michael Grecco, Chris Usher, The Society of Illustrators and Ford Models. Mr. Greenberg writes extensively on intellectual property issues and is the author of the "Brush With the Law" column which appears on theispot.com. He frequently lectures on legal issues relating to the photography industry and has appeared at, among other venues, Photo Expo in New York. Mr. Greenberg has litigated and continues to try cases involving lost photography, copyright issues, image licensing, publicity/privacy rights and other intellectual property cases in the federal, state and appellate courts. He represents hundreds of photographers, models, photo representatives, model agents, stylists and performers world wide.
