  1. On the invoice segment... what Jack said is so true. My day job's a staff accountant handling accounts payable and when I get an invoice with missing information, I don't stop and pick up the phone to chase paperwork or other information. I immediately shove it down to the bottom of the pile to avoid messing up my workflow. I deal with it later if and when I finish my regular workload.
