Q: How can I change my account details, payment information, or cancel my subscription?
A: You can take care of all of your account and payment information, as well as canceling your subscription using this “Account Settings” page. You will need to log in to be able to access this area.
Q: What internet browser will I need for online training?
A: KelbyTraining is designed to work with most modern browsers. We recommend Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, or Chrome. All lessons are also viewable on the iPad Safari browser and the iPhone using a mobile version of the player with AirPlay support.
Q: Will I need to download any other plug-ins or other programs in order to watch the courses?
A: It is not required to download any additional software if you are using a modern browser but on older systems the videos may require the latest version of the free Adobe Flash Player.
Q: Videos are not showing up on my computer, where can I get the free Adobe Flash Player?
A: You can download it right from Adobe’s web site. download here.
Q: Will I be able to watch the videos if my computer is behind a corporate firewall?
A: This should not be a problem but some of the videos are distributed using a Flash Media Server. If the video will not play, ask your network administrator to open port 1935. (more information from Adobe).
